We asked what you think about our new services at our UX event at Volkswagen We

You can feel the future of mobility happening all around you wherever you go. On December 12, 2017, we launched an important part of that journey at our headquarters in the Mitte District in Berlin, Germany with our very first public user experience event. We wanted to know what you think about our digital services: if you use them and why, how we can make them even better, and how you see them as part of your digital mobility. To find out, we put our heads together with 50 testers with very different backgrounds. We tested apps, clicked dummies, watched and rated ads, and shared our hopes and visions. We learned a lot from each other.

"For a large company like Volkswagen, this new openness is obviously a big deal. But more than anything, it’s a big opportunity," said Christoph Hohmann, Head of Customer Engagement & Communications, at his opening speech. And three hours later, that big thing had become a successful event. We’d like to give a big thank-you to everyone who came by. We received important momentum and came up with new ideas. And we met some great new people: you guys. And because the event was such a big success, we want to do it more often in the future.
